About the Role
Analyzes store’s performance indicators against goals and develops plans to improve underachieving areas
Responsible for people management which includes providing direction, performance management and development of store staff
Assists in customer retention goals by mentoring and developing the BBY Mobile employee
Coordinates relationships within the store to create and maintain a team-based, cooperative work environment
Manages Store P&L
Executes company sales and marketing strategy, provides customer insights to future strategy
What you have to Offer
Minimum 3 years of successful Retail Management in a “Big Box” store.
Strong Leadership and Communication skills.
Excellent Operations, Loss Prevention, Merchandising and Customer Service skills.
Retail Management or Business Management Degree is an asset.
