We are currently looking for a:
Maintenance Technician

Reporting to Maintenance Manager , the Maintenance Technician will be responsible for the daily upkeep of our offices and warehouse. You will be responsible for detecting and repairing any electrical, plumbing, heating and/or general construction problems. As well, you will be responsible of all maintenance issues in our offices while maintaining a clean working environment. You will be tasked with working in collaboration with a number of vendors who perform work of a preventative or corrective nature at our offices.

Qualifications and competencies:
Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar position

Knowledge of plumbing and electrical systems

Handyman

Time management and scheduling skills necessary

Excellent communication skills in both English and French

Customer service orientation

Knowledge of Word and Excel

Secondary 5 or professional
