You're analytical with a strong attention to detail, which comes in handy when reviewing, analyzing and assessing loans. Your exceptionally strong listening and interviewing skills showcase your dedication and commitment to going the extra mile and recognizing our members' additional needs.

Qualifications: Preferably, you're a well-seasoned professional, offering a college or university degree with a minimum of 5 years financial experience, including agriculture and commercial lending. Experience in a lead or supervisory role, as well as a working knowledge of computer software would also score you bonus points.
