Position Purpose:
Global Investment Banking is seeking an experienced Receptionist. This is a temporary 6 month assignment with the possibility of it becoming permanent. The successful candidate will have 2-4 years corporate reception experience and be able to perform a wide variety of administrative & clerical duties.
Key Accountabilities:
- First point of contact for the office. Attend to visitors and deal with inquiries on the phone, face to face and through e-mail.
- Maintain boardroom schedule and coordinate catering requirements
- Tidy and maintain client facing areas
- Maintain global staff directory database
- Train and oversee temporary help
- Process invoices to AP; assist with chargeback and reconciliations
- Process RBC research subscriptions and entitlement requests
- Coordinate packages and couriers (Fed Ex, Inter-office mail, letters, and local couriers).
- Maintain visitor log and/or call record, provide security passes/badges
- Provide other administrative support as required: typing, filing, mailing, photocopying and binding books
Job Requirements: (Knowledge/ Experience):
Education and Experience
- 2-4 years corporate reception experience
- Outstanding customer service principles and practices
- MS Access a must, Word, Excel
- Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Professional personal presentation
