Summary

As a Senior Lease Analyst, you will be responsible in supporting C&W’s Global clients in the overall deployment of their multi-language lease abstractions within various applications. The successful candidate will also be actively involved in performing ongoing lease administration in efforts to maintain the integrity and accuracy of our client’s portfolio while also ensuring that our clients are in compliance with all their lease objections.

Principal Responsibilities:

Deployment of leases for global clients

• Manage the assigning of leases for multi-language abstraction while tracking and monitoring the abstraction process from start to completion.
• Communicate directly with the client on complex issues pertaining to the multi-language lease.

Ongoing Lease Administration

• Abstraction of complex leases by tracking, monitoring, and reporting on all key terms and conditions including critical dates.
• Perform quality reviews, rent reconciliations and verify key financial information.
• Analyze, monitor, and record both revenue/expenses on a continuous basis.
• Ensure that client is in compliance with all their lease obligations including reporting.
• Identify and update all critical dates and issue revisions or deletions within the client’s database.
• Perform regular data integrity tests.

Special Projects Including Reporting

• Special projects vary due to client requirements.
• Compile lease data information from various systems and creating accurate custom reports for analytical and decision making purposes.

Education/Qualifications

• College and or University degree equivalent.
• Various courses taken in Commercial real estate focusing on Lease Administration.
• Minimum 5-7 years of Lease Analytical related experience in commercial real estate
• Multi language skills– fluency in other native language preferred.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills specifically Excel.
• Knowledge and experience with various real estate database applications such as Virtual Premise, Lease Harbor, Pro Lease, AMT, Siterra, Tririga, Accruent would be an asset.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Ability to work effectively with others in a busy environment with minimal supervision.
