SALES SUPPORT COORDINATOR - FULL TIME - Willowbrook Mall

This position supervises all cash, and shipping staff and assists the SGM in scheduling these roles, ensures that all policies and procedures are being followed in the daily operations of the store.

What you’ll do.

• Supervise all Cash, and Shipping staff
• Assist the SGM in the scheduling of Cash, Visual and Shipping staff
• Weekly updates to store management
• Assist the SGM in writing performance reviews for the Cash, Visual and Shipping staff
• Provide vacation relief if primary job allows
• Maintain backroom standards within the store
• Order store supplies as necessary
• Follow up with OH&S Compliance
• Train/ Onboard new shipping / cash associates
• Ensures all policies and procedures are being adhered to in Shipping/Receiving, OH&S and cash

• Must possesses a very good understanding of all store systems including signage program, ticketing module, and POS system including all Back office programs
• Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Minimum grade 12 education
• Computer experience is an asset
