Full-time: 40 hrs / week (Must be flexible to work shifts and weekends)

Job Summary:
Use Questioning Techniques to Determine Customers’ Needs and Sell the Company’s Promotions and Services.

Open and Close Rental Agreements and Complete Billing to Customers.

Participate in Overall Growth Targets of Location Based on Both External and Internal Sales.

Provide Administrative Support Including the Completion of Daily Paperwork.

Complete Vehicle Inspections and Assist in the Pickup and Drop off of Customers.

Confirm Reservations and Handle Customer Inquiries.

Provide Excellent Customer Service to Both Internal and External Customers.

Required Skills

Seven (7) Months to One (1) Year of Customer Service, Retail, or Sales Experience.

Must have at Least a Valid Class Five (5) GDL Drivers License, with No Less Than Eight (8) Demerit Points Remaining, and a Clean Driving Record.

Basic Computer Literacy, Including Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)

Required Experience

Seven (7) Months to One (1) Year of Customer Service, Retail, or Sales Experience.
