Recruitment Partners Inc. is searching for a Payroll/Human Resources Administrator available to start immediately. The ideal candidate should have both payroll and accounting experience, as well as exhibit excellent organizational skills. This full-time, permanent position will provide you with a new challenge, an amazing opportunity for career progression and the chance to work with a fantastic team at a senior level! With an annual salary of $48,000-55,000, this could be the role you've been looking for!
Our client, a well-established organization located on the South-West side of Edmonton, is searching for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join their growing team! You will act as a liaison with staff at all levels of management; thus, excellent communication is critical to the success of this role.
Specifically, your responsibilities will include:
Semi-monthly Payroll;
Maintain the filing and record keeping of any HR related data;
Organize employee expenses for approval and then forward to Accounting;
Update company phone list and email address book;
Send out group emails regarding various matters;
Schedule safety courses and ensure the upkeep of safety records;
Oversee travel arrangements and cover phones when necessary;
General payroll processes and ad hoc related projects as required.
Candidate Requirements
Reporting to the Payroll & HR Manager, the successful candidate will have experience in Payroll, coupled with superior interpersonal skills. Your professional, well-spoken demeanour will "rise you to the top". In addition to your accumulated experience, your personality and corporate culture fit of the candidate will be critical in the selection.
Other desirable attributes include:
3+ years of previous payroll experience;
The ability to carry out multiple tasks with utmost integrity and confidentiality;
Exhibits a flexible and driven personality to take on new responsibilities and exceed goals;
Dynamic and outgoing personality with excellent organizational skills.
