Reporting to the Director of Advertising in Winnipeg and the Director of Online Operations, Western Canada, the successful candidate will possess a specialized skill required for such a role as this. As a combination role of infield sales leader and online advertising mentor, the Online Advertising Sales Supervisor will be involved in the day to day sales activities with a broad range of sales professionals. As the leader for online sales in the Capital region, you will accompany sales people on calls daily, oversee all advertising campaigns that appear online, educate all sales people and other people in the organization with respect to online advertising trends for one of the most successful online advertising teams in the country. You will also assist in planning and executing regional sales strategies that may involve multiple if not all the Sun Media products which includes WinnipegSun.com and more.
Qualifications
Five years minimum experience in professional sales of media.
Some experience with online advertising production.
