Handle customer phone calls and forward them to appropriate parties.
Greet customers at the reception and ensure a service of superior quality.
Take messages and efficiently pass them on to concerned parties.
Address clients with respect and attention, projecting a professional image at all times.
Can be called upon to provide administrative support and produce letters, texts, tables, lists or other documents with the use of word processing and electronic spreadsheet applications.
Carry out other related tasks requested by his/her superior.
High School Diploma and/or office automation training.
At least two (2) years of relevant experience in a similar position.
Very good knowledge of Word and Excel in a Windows environment.
Bilingualism (French and English), oral and written.
Good knowledge of French spelling and grammar.
Strong oral communications skills.
Discretion, as well as a courteous, polite attitude.
