The Role
- Identify, design and deliver learning solutions for management, leadership, graduate and talent development
- Support the graduate development programme, including meeting with graduates and their managers to monitor their progress and identify needs
- Support the development and deliver of group-wide learning solutions, including the Management Development Programme, Induction and Business Awareness training
- Where appropriate provide 1-1 coaching for new managers
- Contribute to online learning content, developing material for the Manager Toolkit
- Source and manage relationships with external providers, where appropriate
- Manage and deliver L&D projects
- Provide input to the Group learning strategy, particularly in relation to Leadership and Management development
- Support Consultants in the day to day management of L&D requirements for Head Office departments, including analysis, design, deliver, evaluation and reporting
The Person
The ideal candidate will have management development experience, a confident ability to deliver training and experience of designing training solutions. Qualifications in CIPD, MBTI or a Hogans' certification are advantageous, but not essential.
