We have a fantastic client in the Markham area who is seeking a polished front-line Reception ist with a professional phone manner and an outgoing personality to match for an indefinite temporary engagement!! The ideal candidates must possess exceptional customer service and oral/written communication skills, a great ability to multitask, excellent technical skills in MS Office, and a flexible attitude to handle a variety of tasks. Other duties in these roles may include updating databases, stocking supplies, open/sort mail, filing, answering phones, creating letters, etc. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of reception and administrative experience in a corporate office setting and there is an added plus for someone fully Bilingual French/English as well. The company offers free parking or Markham transit accessible and the role has opportunity to progress into something more for the right candidate.
