Your Role In Our Continued Success
We are continually searching for the best talent; individuals who possess a deep commitment to the customers and markets we serve. We are currently seeking an Assistant Title Officer for our Downtown Moncton office. This role is ideally suited to an individual who would like to join a company that has created a unique working atmosphere that offers challenge, purpose and the opportunity to grow both personally and professionally in a team-oriented environment.
Reporting to the Manager, Operations in these outstanding opportunities, you will undertake the following:
- Assist in the efficient processing of Title Insurance transactions while ensuring accuracy and timely service to our partners;
- Assist in reviewing RFIs and title searches, issuing CTIs, and calculating and arranging for disbursements in an accurate and timely manner;
- Ensure the proper registration of policies and associated documents through proper follow-up on various reports and accurate assessment of title concerns within guidelines provided;
- Ensure prescribed turnaround times are met by reporting and sending out mortgage documents within the required timeframes and consistently meeting established productivity requirements;
- Maintain the highest level of Customer Service by knowledgeably answering customer queries or concerns when necessary via phone, fax and email, escalating confidential issues when appropriate;
- Maintain positive and enduring relationships with our channel partners.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in the financial and/or legal environment considered an asset;
- Bilingualism (French and English - written, read and spoken);
- Strong customer focus;
- Accuracy and attention to detail;
- Initiative and accountability;
- Strong typing and computer skills (familiar with MS Office, navigating and searching);
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
