We are presently recruiting for a full time one year contract Territory Managerto promote and sell the Allergan Medical Aesthetic portfolio to Plastic Surgeon’s in the 4 Atlantic provinces which includes Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, P.E.I. and Newfoundland. The successful candidate will promote NATRELLE
®
breast implants as well as BOTOX Cosmetic
®
, Juvederm™ and LATISSE
®
at both private clinics and hospitals.
Reporting to National Sales Manager- Plastic Surgery, you will be responsible for, and manage the regional sales efforts focused on the Plastic Surgeon community by increasing productivity of existing customers and expanding the number of surgeons using Allergan Medical Aesthetic devices and products. In addition, you will follow the selling and marketing strategy designed to optimize selling efforts in the territory as well as be responsible for maximizing Allergan’s market opportunity and share while minimizing competitive intrusion. The incumbent is expected to be present in the surgical and clinical setting to assist in the optimal use of Allergan products.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a College or University degree, with an emphasis in Business Administration or Sciences. Completion of a Masters in Business Administration is preferred. A minimum of 3-5 years experience in medical device sales and/or territory management is preferred. Experience in Hospital sales and contracts is also desired. This territory requires approximately 30% travel. Previous marketing, sales management or general business management experience is desired. A thorough knowledge of practices in the Medical Device and/or Pharmaceutical industry is necessary as well as an understanding of external market forces and the impact that social media has on business. In addition, the candidate must have good business acumen, be computer savvy, a self-starter, possessing excellent presentation and communication skills as well as advanced skills in MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
