We are currently seeking applications for the role of Junior Accounts Payable Clerk in the Halifax Regional Municipality for ongoing temporary and permanent opportunities.

Responsibilities will vary but may include invoice verification, invoice data entry, reconciliations, and communication with vendors. As well, you may assist with other accounting support duties as needed.

As the ideal candidate, you have post-secondary education in business or accounting, coupled with prior experience in a similar role. You have exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, along with strong communication and computer skills. You take ownership of your work and are results-oriented. Adaptable and energetic with a positive attitude, you have a strong work ethic and thrive in a team-oriented environment.
