Position Description:

Under the supervision of the operations support team manager, the member will be responsible for all aspects pertaining to training new employees as well as ongoing training. In this context, the member will evaluate training needs, as well as design and teach courses. In addition, the successful candidate will guide and orient all initiatives related to training.
The designer will be assisted by a training consultant in carrying out their tasks.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Give training on business processes and functioning of our systems;
- Improve existing training programs;
- Design content for training programs;
- Plan and coordinate all internal training activities;
- Recommend relevant training strategies depending on content type, learning objectives, context, and operational limits;
- Implement templates, tools, and processes to ensure quality and standardization;
- Act as a coach for trainers;
- Help plan event logistics for training sessions;
- Evaluate learning quality;
- Advise managers on training measures;
- Carry out certain administrative tasks.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience in analyzing training needs;
- Ability to guide and orient incoming training requests;
- Great capacity to learn and adapt to new environments;
- Good organizational skills;
- Excellent presentation skillsboth oral and writtenas well as impeccable communication skills;
- Ability to work and grow in a team environment;
- Great knowledge of desktop applications;
- Experience with/knowledge of multimedia training techniques (asset);
- Familiarity with payroll (asset);
- Excellent command of French and Englishoral and written;
- Required - Bachelors degree in a relevant field;
- 7-10 years experience in instructional design and training provision.
- Must demonstrate excellent organizational skills, good priority management, and must respect deadlines.
