Inside Sales representatives are responsible for ensuring cases of inventory are delivered to our customers throughout British Columbia in multiple Trade Channels. Further complexity is added by handling all enquiries and requests of our 41+ internal stakeholders, managing our major external stakeholders (ContainerWorld), and correctly administering the allocations of VQA Wine to these customers utilizing an in-house built allocation system. Manage the day to day tasks involved in accepting BC Direct Delivery customer orders and up-selling focus skus of current sales drives maximizing revenue generation to assist the organization in meeting the BC Sales Plan.

Additional duties also include some Accounts Receivable and Credit Card management. · Act as a vast knowledge base for customers and our team’s inquiries with respect to new product launches, VQA availability, product inventory levels, order process systems, pricing, product returns and payment inquiries, and new account set ups. · Maintain, update and implement as needed all order forms required for use by our multiple channel customers · Provide service, support and communication to the BC Sales Team, management and customers of multi channel groups in regards to daily sales activity and customer satisfaction · Ability to persuade, inspire trust, and pursue incremental sales opportunities · Cultivate and drive sales within the C & D account strategy (Tier 3 accounts) of both On Premise and Retail channels · Maintain professionalism contacting customers, informing them when to expect their delivery and if necessary, dealing with any queries and delays. · New Customer Account Set Up: Requires working with new customers, sales managers, JDE Set Up Desk, and, Finance to provide details on new customer information prior to order fulfillment.

Day to Day tasks require contributing to, and assisting in processing of over 100,000+ yearly departmental orders via Phone, Fax, and email · Grade 12 diploma, with some training / experience with PC and business administration · A demonstrated commitment to teamwork · Work experience in a professional environment is mandatory · Excellent verbal and written communication skills · Demonstrated organizational, co-ordination and time management skills · Knowledge of PC and Business Software (MS Office) is an asset · Must exercise considerable judgement and independent action on a variety of matters requiring confidentiality and diplomacy · Solid interpersonal skills · Patience and positive outlook · Ability to persuade / inspire trust · Resourcefulness · Organizational skills · Stress management skills · Basic technical skills, and knowledge of computers, and excel will assist in this position · This is a fast paced environment that requires the ability to think quickly, while managing multiple tasks, and ensuring prompt follow up · Can be repetitious and overwhelming at times.
