Human Resources Assistant

Position Details:
� Support the HR department with all administrative duties
� Coordinate and assist in recruiting, hiring, on boarding and departures of salary employees
� Assist in policy and procedures administration, including tracking updates
� Assist in producing various HR reports
� Assist in the development and implementation of effective HR tracking tools
� Assist in coordinating HR related employee training programs
� Maintain organizational charts � updated quarterly
� Assist in the administration and compiling of data for industry compensation and benefit studies
� Support the administration of the various benefit plans
Required Skills:Qualifications:
� 3 to 5 years progressively responsible experience in human resources, preferably in the generalist role
� Strong skills in Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel
� Post secondary diploma or degree specializing in human resources or related fields
� Working towards a CHRP designation is an asset
Compensation:
� 40-45K range
