Education: Completion of college/CEGEP/vocational or technical training
Credentials (certificates, licences, memberships, courses, etc.): Construction Trade Certification
Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years
Languages: Speak English, Read English, Write English
Type of Establishment/Work Setting Experience: Residential construction, Commercial construction, Industrial construction
Human Resources Responsibility: 1 - 20
Budgetary Responsibility: 0 - $100,000
Specific Skills: Plan, organize, direct and control daily operations, Establish and implement policies and procedures for quality control
Security and Safety: Criminal record check, Driver's validity license check
Own Tools/Equipment: Steel-toed safety boots
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Work under pressure, Tight deadlines, Attention to detail, Combination of sitting, standing, walking, Large caseload
Work Site Environment: Outdoors
Transportation/Travel Information: Valid driver's licence, Willing to travel
