Position Summary:
The EHS&W Analyst will assist Director and Regional Managers throughout ADT North America Residential/Small Business to develop and implement the EHS&W Management System with the objective of preventing, injuries & illnesses, and environmental damage as well as promoting wellness.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist Director and Regional Managers with implementing the EHS&W Management system, and assist with program development.
Assist Director and Regional Managers with compiling and analyzing EHS&W data and recommend strategies for improvement.
Develop monthly/quarterly EHS&W reports for ADT NA EHS&W Staff, and Leadership. Share trends and make recommendations for improvements, based on report and other data.
Recommend and assist with the development and delivery of EHS&W training programs.
Participate in the ADT EHS&W Audit and Compliance process, conduct audits and analyze audit findings for trends.
Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor's Degree, in related field.
Experience:
5 plus yrs. EH&S experience
Knowledge of EH&S regulations.
Prior experience with implementation of EHS management systems and injury prevention
programs.
Knowledge of the My Tyco EH&S system or similar web based EH&S data management systems
Use of Minitab and Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
