Role and Responsibilities Conducting background research and information collection Preparing reports and replies to requests for information Developing and implementing procedures, processes and policies Assisting in the preparation of briefings, reports, and presentations Participating in teams or working groups, involved in analyzing, developing and coordinating program-related strategies and initiatives Monitoring components of programs Photocopying, faxing, and scanning documents Planning, administering and tracking projects Education: Secondary school diploma is required Certificate, diploma, or degree in a relevant field, from a recognized post secondary institution or an acceptable combination of education, training and experience is required Experience: Minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience is required MANDATORY CRITERIA Experience creating/maintaining, and inputting information into databases, spreadsheets and records Experience verifying applications, receipts, expenditures, forms and other documents Experience working under pressure in a fast-paced environment Experience providing general office support including data inputting, processing and updating, routing correspondence and/or other documents Experience preparing reports and replying to requests for information Experience using Microsoft Office suite of programs (PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Outlook, Excel Experience performing document and file management functions, including e-filing Preparing correspondence, reports, statements and other material VERBAL BILINGUALISM REQUIRED AND ENHANCED CLEARANCE REQUIRED We thank all interested applicants, however, only those under consideration will be contacted.
