Reporting directly to the company President, you will play a pivotal role by applying your highly developed sales, business analysis, presentation, and client service skills to develop and implement strategies that result in increased sales and customer satisfaction.
You will :-
- Build solid working relationships with clients in Quebec and elsewhere in the world.
- Liaise closely with clients to identify areas of concern and propose and implement solutions.
- Identify and qualify potential opportunities
- Develop and manage accounts and channel partnerships
- Devise and implement strategies that retain and build on the share of existing markets.
- Meet budgetary objectives, timelines, quality standards and customer satisfaction levels with the ultimate goal of driving revenue through superior customer service and innovation;
- Make formal sales presentations, participate in trade shows and Remsoft User Groups
- Track and analyze data relating to the sales and marketing process and compile sales reports for company management.
REQUIREMENTS :-
You have significant experience and a proven track record in identifying opportunities, creating and building relationships, and closing sales in the IT, forestry or related sectors. You also have strong experience selling products and services to private industry and government. And you have demonstrated experience in key customer account management and government sales.
You possess excellent planning and organizational skills and have a proven ability to manage and work with sales and customer data – data mining, producing reports and researching new leads.
A University degree or equivalent is required. A background in natural sciences, forestry, engineering, GIS or Information Technology is a definite asset.
You are fluent in French (both spoken and written), and proficient in English. You must be a Canadian resident to be considered for this opportunity.
