Community Living is needing a part-time driver. The work week is daytime hours between Monday to Saturday with Stat Holidays off. Start time is typically 7 AM and the daily hours range between 6 and 11 hours per day.
Position is physically demanding with numerous up/down and in/out of the truck involving lifting/stacking and loading/unloading of bags/boxes of clothing and small household items by hand (between 150 and 450 bags/boxes).
As you will be driving the company 3 ton truck, you must include an updated driver's abstract with your resume. The abstract is available at SGI or any driver licencing outlet.
Preference would be for some driving experience with delivery type vehicles.
Requires using maps to plan efficient routing for pick-ups in/around Regina. Also involves day trips to other towns/cities.
We provide on the job training, and positions are available for immediate start. The position is unionized.
