Language Requirements
A Unilingual English and a Bilingual candidate pool will be established as a result of this process. Candidates may be part of both pools.
For bilingual positions, candidates must be able to work in both official languages, English and French. Second Language Evaluation (SLE) testing will be administered as required using the Public Service Commissions SLE tests. Candidates must achieve the following levels CBC/CBC (Reading Comprehension, Written Expression, Oral Proficiency).
Candidates will only be invited to a SLE Test of Oral Proficiency in the Second Official Language if they have successfully met the requirements for the Reading Comprehension and Written Expression Tests for SLE.

Job Description and Duties
Working in an inbound call centre environment, you will respond to business enquiries related to registrations, payroll deductions, GST/HST, self-employed, and corporate income tax.
This position requires the use of a headset for prolonged periods and constant exposure to a computer screen. Work conditions require adapting to change, dealing with stress and dealing with any challenging situations that may arise.
