Cummins Western Canada has an immediate opening for a PG Co-ordinator in Fort McMurray. Reporting to the Industrial Service Manager, this position is responsible for being the single point of contact for both external and internal PG customers, through providing functional excellence in organization and communication. Additionally this position will be responsible for:

• Providing service/parts organization and coordination for the PG team
• Providing clear communication to PG lead hands regarding scheduling and customer requirements
• Controlling work orders from conception to closure, including securing payments and purchase orders
• Working with the Industrial Service Manager to create and tender quotes to both internal and external customers
• Checking all PG team documents for accuracy and completeness
• Working with the Industrial service Manager to manage training programs for all PG technicians
• Working with branch leadership to ensure JSA observations of technicians is taking place

Requirements:

• Previous diesel engine/power gen experience an asset
• Must possess strong interpersonal and team building skills with a strong desire to meet and/or exceed customer expectations
• Must be organized and have the ability to organize others
• Must be able to effectively schedule and work under pressure
• Good working knowledge of BMS and MS Office is required
• Valid driver’s license
• Must pass pre-employment drug and alcohol test
