Credentials (certificates, licences, memberships, courses, etc.): Construction Trade Certification, Driver's License, CADD Course
Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years
Languages: Speak English, Read English

Human Resources Responsibility: 1 - 20
Budgetary Responsibility: 0 - $100,000
Specific Skills: Plan, organize, direct and control daily operations, Prepare and submit construction project budget estimates, Plan and prepare construction schedules and milestones and monitor progress, Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes and additions to contractual agreements, Establish and implement policies and procedures for quality control, Select trade subcontractors and co-ordinate their activities, Plan and manage budgets, Direct the purchase of building materials and land acquisitions
Additional Skills: Operate CADD system
Security and Safety: Driver's validity license check
Own Tools/Equipment: Steel-toed safety boots
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Work under pressure, Tight deadlines, Attention to detail
