The Heady Duty Truck Division (MACK/Volvo) is looking for a Customer Service Manager at our Moncton location on St. George Blvd.

We require a motivated, energetic and career-minded Customer Service Manager, with responsibilities for the direction of all interactions with the organization’s clients to ensure reliable customer service. They will ensure that customer inquiries, disputes, and repair order processing are handled adequately. They will also be the liaison for the company to fleet customers.

Responsibilities:
Oversee repair order, warranty and billing process

Resolve customer concerns and complaints in a courteous, professional manner

Provide accurate and detailed estimates to customers

Provide customer support to designated fleet accounts; keep in constant contact with fleet accounts and by ensuring the relationship between the customer and company is always in tact

Coordinate sales of contract maintenance to fleet customers

Qualifications

College lever diploma or University Degree with a focus on business administration and/or marketing

Account manager experience is preferred

Knowledge of the trucking industry is an asset

Strong business acumen, good decision making skills and the ability to use judgment is a must

Able to build and maintain lasting relationships with fleet customers, key business partners, and internal customer

Must have proficient computer skills and a working knowledge of Microsoft Office
