Skill Requirements: Education: Completion of university
Credentials (certificates, licences, memberships, courses, etc.): Pharmacy Examining Boards of Canada Certification, Licensure by provincial or territorial authorities
Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
Languages: Speak English, Read English, Write English
Area of Specialization: Community or retail pharmacy
Specific Skills: Check prescriptions for proper dosage, Dispense prescribed pharmaceuticals, Maintain medication profiles of customers, Advise customers on selection and use of non-prescription medication
Additional Skills: Supervise personnel
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Attention to detail, Work under pressure
Essential Skills: Oral communication, Problem solving, Critical thinking, Computer use
Other Information: Seeking someone who can work regular weekend shifts Sat9-6, Sun11-4. Employer can accommodate alternate weekends if needed. Nexxsys exp. preferred.
