Tim Hortons Inc. is currently seeking New restaurant trainers who are willing to travel across Quebec to open up New Tim Hortons store locations and work in our corporate restaurants situated throughout the province.

This role will provide you with the foundation to pursue a career in Operations Management. We are focused on employee development and internal promotion.
Once you have completed 7 weeks of training at our Regional Training Centre in Lachine, Quebec, you will be ready to take your skills on the road to train staff at new restaurant openings . You will also work for and assist Corporate Restaurant Managers in Quebec corporate restaurants and at the Lachine Training Centre to reduce workload, compensate for staff shortages and train personnel. You will also participate in other operationally focused projects on behalf of Tim Hortons inc and our Restaurant Owners.

Experience in the restaurant industry, customer service, training and leading other employees is an asset but not essential. Due to the travel required you must have a reliable vehicle available to you.
In addition to a competitive annual salary, expenses will be provided for travel; mileage, meals, and phone calls.
