Calling on your knowledge of mortgage financing and sales experience, you will develop a sales/territory plan for prospects and referral business opportunities. You will be responsible to promote and maximize the development and growth of residential mortgage business by operation as a separate business channel and attracting and generating new business from alternate sources outside the branch network. You will also use your market development, negotiating and customer service skills to build and maintain a network of relationships in the realtor community i.e. Builders, Realtors, Brokers, Lawyers, Financial Planners etc...

You have extensive sales and marketing experience.
You are a proven business developer in a mobile work environment.
You possess excellent mortgage underwriting and relationship-building skills, and are adept at negotiating.
