Our client, located in the Markham area is HOT on the market for a professional, experienced Bilingual Customer Service Representative with a clear and confident phone voice in both French and English. This is a full-time, 1-year contract opportunity that starts immediately and the shifts will just be between 8:30am and 5:30pm. There is free parking or located near Markham transit - competitive compensation, work-life balance and more.
This customer service role consists of handling varied inbound calls in relation to questions, inquiries and issues. Some data entry, quality control and documentation will also encompass part of the role. The ability to problem solve and empathize with callers is essential to the successful transition into this role. Excellent technical skills in MS Word and Excel are required and the ability to learn an online database. Fluently bilingual French/English skills (both oral and written) are a must. This is an excellent opportunity for an outgoing, professional representative seeking challenge in a mid-size organization and in a corporate office setting.
