Account Manager
or
Senior Account Manager
to join our team.
What will you do?
As an
XM Account or Senior Account Manager
, you will develop original marketing campaigns that bring clients brands to life in a variety of ways through event marketing, PR stunts, viral campaigns and digital executions.
You will manage these promotions as they go live, be a loyal brand advocate and work closely with your team of field managers, coordinators and brand ambassadors to consistently exceed expectations.
Responsibilities:
- Challenging and managing a team of Field Managers, and overseeing a team of coordinators who manage brand ambassadors
- Developing a team with a focus on long term growth/succession planning of more senior managers.
- Performance management
- Managing all aspects of a budget for a given project.
- Effective time management (of self and others)
- Client interaction both nationally and sometimes regionally.
- Weekly status updates on program results/personnel, client program reviews mid/end program.
- Business Development - making recommendations in the final report geared to future business opportunities, develop proposals and pitches in conjunction with a Sr. Account Manager/and or Director.
- Communication - utilize effective communication techniques and provide balanced feedback
- Crisis management - proactively identifying problems and develop solutions.
Qualifications
- A passion for the business
- Minimum three to five years of related experience.
- University degree or equivalent - business related preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

- must be available to work flexible hours which will include evenings/and or weekends at times.

Strong business acumen
- budgeting is something you have an affinity for.
- A management style that focuses on mentoring.
- Experience in large scale event planning and project management.
- Ability to handle high stress situations and utilize problem solving techniques to find the best solutions.
- Solid communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Client service oriented
- Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast paced environment.
- Proven leadership capabilities within the business and within social circles.
