Senior Account Manager
to join our team.
What will you do?
XM Account or Senior Account Manager
, you will develop original marketing campaigns that bring clients brands to life in a variety of ways through event marketing, PR stunts, viral campaigns and digital executions.
You will manage these promotions as they go live, be a loyal brand advocate and work closely with your team of field managers, coordinators and brand ambassadors to consistently exceed expectations.
Challenging and managing a team of Field Managers, and overseeing a team of coordinators who manage brand ambassadors
Developing a team with a focus on long term growth/succession planning of more senior managers.
Managing all aspects of a budget for a given project.
Effective time management (of self and others)
Client interaction both nationally and sometimes regionally.
Weekly status updates on program results/personnel, client program reviews mid/end program.
Business Development - making recommendations in the final report geared to future business opportunities, develop proposals and pitches in conjunction with a Sr. Account Manager/and or Director.
Communication - utilize effective communication techniques and provide balanced feedback
Crisis management - proactively identifying problems and develop solutions.
A passion for the business
Minimum three to five years of related experience.
University degree or equivalent - business related preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
must be available to work flexible hours which will include evenings/and or weekends at times.
Strong business acumen
budgeting is something you have an affinity for.
A management style that focuses on mentoring.
Experience in large scale event planning and project management.
Ability to handle high stress situations and utilize problem solving techniques to find the best solutions.
Solid communication skills, both written and verbal.
Client service oriented
Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast paced environment.
Proven leadership capabilities within the business and within social circles.
