Responsible for maintaining the various websites by reviewing, confirming and entering detailed data received through condition reports and photographs and ensures that there are no duplicate photographs
Maintains the online inventory levels as deemed by the customer - includes adding, updating and removing vehicles from the websites as required
Provides customer service to customers re Internet sales, current inventory and upcoming sales and developing relationships with online purchasers
Educates ADESA employees and customers with respect to website capabilities
Responsible for producing promotional material (i.e. posters, banners, flyers)
Processes sales contracts for internet sales which includes but is not limited to, calculating taxes and fees, communicating options with purchasers, obtaining purchase confirmations and assisting in the transportation of vehicles
Provides reports as required
Educational/Experience Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent in education/experience
A highly organized team player with excellent communication skills
Be process oriented with focus on urgency and customer service
Must be able to utilize computer systems and concepts and have demonstrated timely, detailed and accurate reporting skills Adesa Inc. - 11 months ago
