The Co-ordinator will be responsible for:
- Co-ordinating the overall project logistics
- Work with Advisory Committee (Knowledge Users) overseeing the project
- Organize and conduct focus groups/individual interviews with trainers, trainees and patients.
- Data analysis both qualitative and quantitative
- Writing up of findings
- Assist in planning and organizing integrated knowledge translation activities
Requirements:
The person should have:
Completed a graduate degree in health/ social sciences (psychiatry, social work, nursing, psychology, public health, sociology)
Experience working in a mental health setting
Experience with quantitative and qualitative methodologies
Strong organizational and communication skills
Knowledge of: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SPSS and ATLAS-Ti
S/he must be bilingual, written and spoken
Strong capacity for teamwork
