As a key member of the North American Geographic Marketing team, the Marketing Senior Specialist will provide support for delivery of Accenture marketing tasks for the Canadian business landscape. Reporting to the Canada Marketing Lead, the candidate will execute marketing activities across Canada which support local image and help drive sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Program management and day to day support for cross-industry marketing campaigns and activities
Strategic Opportunity and Client-Centric Marketing
Support Top 25 accounts in Canada with strategic campaigns that differentiate Accenture
Work with OCM hub to share and leverage best practices and new ideas
Cross Industry Marketing Campaigns
Project management and co-ordination of 4 streams of campaign (Image, Relationship, Content and Internal Awareness)
Co-ordinate with campaign stream leads to fully integrate activities and track progress
Drive local growth across Canada (Toronto, Vancouver, Montreal, Ottawa, Calgary)
Leverage Accenture industry and global content and marketing programs
Finance and Operations
Budget - support budget management by tracking planned v. actual spend, processing month and quarter end accruals and prepayments working closely with Finance and BA teams
Metrics - support building of quarterly marketing scorecard.
Corporate Citizenship Marketing
Develop and execute campaigns focused on internal awareness and building the brand externally within the Top 25
Work with CCC and HC&D leads to integrate activities

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree, university degree or equivalent, advanced degree preferred
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in marketing, business development and/or marketing communications roles in Canada and/or Toronto region
Preferred Skill Requirements:
Minimum of three years applying integrated marketing concepts, including branding and message development
Minimum of three years working in the metro Toronto area
Able to provide sound solutions to executives within Marketing & Communications.
Ability to develop and apply creative, workable solutions to project-related issues.
Strong communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Ability to deliver well-executed deliverables in support of Accenture business strategy
