It’s Just Lunch is seeking one (1) qualified individual to fill the position of Sales Representative to oversee the growth and development of our Vancouver Island Area . Reporting to the Managing Director, you will join us in our commitment to providing superior client service and the building of long-term client relationships.

Our fast-paced environment requires multi-tasking skills and the ability to communicate effectively. Key Requirements: - Achieve monthly revenue and sales objectives - Excellent communication and presentations skills, including strong telephone and client communication skills - Minimum of 2 - 3 years inside sales experience with proven selling skills - Strong business acumen and leadership skills - Able to target and develop clients through existing database , new lead contacts as well as through networking opportunities. - Interpersonal skills: comfortable interacting with media and other public relations - A positive personality, energetic, organized and motivated with tactful, skilled persistence - Self motivated and has the ability to work without close supervision as position is based from home with head office in Vancouver. - Posses outstanding written and verbal skills and is comfortable dealing with upscale and professional clientele - Provide a consultative approach to meet with clients to evaluate their needs and recommend solutions to ensure expectations are being met.

Minimum of 2 years sales experience with minimum one year inside sales experience required. This includes a proven track record of consultative selling, setting appointments, giving presentations and closing.
Results-oriented professional with self confidence, perseverance, a sense of urgency and a dynamic personality.
Able to develop qualified leads as well as continue existing client relationships.
Prior experience and achievement working in an organization that provides monthly and annual production targets based on individual performance quotas.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, including strong telephone and client communications. Successful producers are proven to succeed on the phone.
Recruiting experience is strongly preferred but not required.
Four year degree preferred but not required.
