Working within a global team you will provide an end to end recruitment service to the business in each region. Your role will include working with International colleagues to develop local recruitment strategy, provide monthly KPI's and reports, develop the recruitment team, manage the graduate programme and manage senior hires.
Suitable candidates will have previous in-house experience ideally within the Oil and Gas sector on an International scale (experience recruiting in the African region would be a distinct advantage).
