Position

The employee will be responsible for project management for our current clients. He/she may also be called upon to act as business analyst. The chosen candidate will support the vice-president of operations.
He/she will receive training in the integrated management software package NetSuite, particularly ERP and CRM modules and e-commerce.

Responsibilities:
Project management (50% of the time)

Offering superior customer service and displaying proven aptitudes in sales are essential for succeeding in this post. Candidates must focus on customer service as a priority, and also:

develop, maintain and efficiently execute project plans, throughout the successive stages of project development

create and manage time-lines for projects, organize activities, establish the sequence of execution for these activities, identify the needs and resources required

negotiate, define, communicate and manage the scope of a project

participate in the development of estimates; be responsible for working with team members to produce initial estimates and calculate the resources required to deliver the projects

be able to evaluate business opportunities related to assigned accounts

be able to comprehend procedures in calls for tender and requests for submissions

be able to establish and maintain good relations with superiors; have the necessary aptitude to resolve problems and manage projects

ensure that team members work together on agreed goals

achieve long-term goals, as well as short-term objectives, when developing customer accounts

respond to calls for tender and requests for submissions

manage the portfolios of assigned clients

monitor the growth of receipts and portfolios relative to assigned accounts

Business Analyst (50% of the time)

Analyse and document the needs of clients and users; this documentation will form the basis for establishing system specifications. Contribute knowledge of business procedures and systems, as well as those of industry. Serve as intermediary between clients and developers, while respecting the existing methods of the system.

When necessary, analyse the existing operational/business procedures and create ways to improve them. Deploy knowledge of operational/business procedures as needed.

Coordinate the planning, concept, execution and validation of user requirements and ensure that all testing complies with established norms and conforms to existing practices.

Edit reference documents, revise existing documentation (business procedures, user guides, test plans, system documentation and procedures) and propose changes to facilitate the training of users and the integration of new procedures and technologies that are central to operations. Prepare training material and/or update existing material and train future trainers.

Participate in the preparation of complex cost-benefit analyses, as well as all phases of analysis, so as to define the needs of business, and participate in implementing changes and projects.

Help users to evaluate and plan workloads for complex and large-scale projects

If need be, assume the role of project leader, perhaps directing those persons involved in the projects.

Specific Requirements:
University degree in computer science or related qualification

PMP certification an asset

Excellent communicator / Keen aptitude for communication and interpersonal relations

PERFECTLY bilingual (French/English), written and spoken

Experience with computer software

Knowledge of at least one ERP application (Enterprise Resource Planning), CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and e-commerce (an asset)
