We are urgently looking for a Territory Sales Representatives to work for a Global Alcoholic Beverage Organisation within Winnipeg.
Job Description
Purpose:
You will perform sales and servicing calls on existing and perspective Retail and On - Premise accounts within an assigned geographical territory. You will be responsible for providing consultative business advice to key and peripheral accounts in order to increase sales and distribution.
Responsibilities:
- Develop positive, consultative relationships with Retail & On - Premise Customer's Accounts throughout a specified territory.
- Conduct sales training for any Retail and On - Premise Customer's staff members on selling, handling or in any way in distributing our clients' products to include education.
- Promote positive working relationships across the organization.
- Execute special events and consumer tastings with the support of the sales and marketing teams including community charity events, on-premise and in-store tastings and live radio remotes.
- Increase product shelf and fridge and general distribution points, launch new brands into market, maintain product inventory, properly service accounts, rotate product and construct and maintain appropriate and attractive product displays.
- Communicate orally in an effective and persuasive manner with proprietors and all personnel of a higher diverse base of customers and potential customers.
Who we are looking for
- Experience in a similar role
- Degree qualified
- Experience within the beverage alcohol space preferably wine and spirits
- Skilled in calculating figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, circumference and volume.
- Valid drivers' license and clean driving record.
- Available to work flexible hours and schedules including weekends and holidays.

Base Salary: $55K - $65K base (dependant on experience)
