The Assistant Manager will assist
the Store Manager in all aspects of store operations. When the Manager is not
on duty, the Assistant is to perform the duties of the Manager.
Customer service and sales
. Manage and motivate the store team to provide excellent customer service and
. Develop strong customer relations.
. Respond to and deal with customer complaints and comments.
. Ensure the company's customer service practices are followed by all staff.
. Provide store staff with product knowledge and service support.
. Ensure compliance with all procedures and policies as outlined in the Store
. Ensure that store meets requirements of the Inspection Report.
. Inventory control, including physical inventory, sending and receiving of
store shipments and transfers, use of inktags and fitting room controls.
. Responsible for all POS operations and maintenance at store level, including
communication with POS support and Head Office.
. Ensure that all proper Health and Safety practices and procedures are
followed at all times.
. Organize and authorize, when required, all paperwork, including all Sales
Audit related duties.
. Implement visual merchandising plans according to the directives from Head
. Display all merchandise according to company presentation guidelines.
. Maintain store appearance according to company guidelines.
