  • 2-5 years experience in a supervisory/management role
  • Responsible for leading a team in a call center environment
  • Must be well organized and be able to complete a number of different tasks concurrently
  • Must be diplomatic and unbiased and posses excellent judgment and analytical skills
  • Must have excellent oral and written communication skills


  • Bilingualism (French/English)
  • Previous work experience in a resolution/ombudsman-type environment

Job Duties:

  • Responsible to provide initial and on-going training, coaching, quality assessments to all employees
  • Answering employees questions, assigning tasks and following up as needed
  • Conduct audits within the team and suggest improvements
  • Maintain individual daily productivity statistics/performance metrics
  • Provide general support to Manager

Salary : $48,000 with attractive benefits package
