As a Store Manager you will plan, organize, direct and control all store operations. In doing so you will ensure a consistent profitability by maintaining high standards in sales, merchandising, marketing, floor displays, store promotions, guest service, public relations and expense control. When performed effectively, this position will reduce losses and maximize sales and profitability by maintaining high standards in sales, merchandising, marketing, displays, promotions, customer service and public relations.
Our ideal candidate must have a college diploma in business, retail, or another combination of education and experience equivalent along with 5 plus years of retail management experience in addition to being guest focused and in doing so will have the ability to drive results, to motivate, develop and build direct reports and teams, can manage and measure work/systems, and superior time management skills. You will need to be computer literate with Microsoft Office suite, internet, and basic office equipment and knowledge of basic accounting procedures. A criminal record check satisfactory to the employer is required from the successful candidate.

You can expect joining a hands-on work environment where you will be required to physically move through our operation while adhering to daily goals. We are operational 7 days a week, however, our store are opened for shopping Monday to Saturday. We schedule our employees based on operational needs - days, evenings and weekends (*note Sundays we are opened to receive donations). As a Store Manager you will be expected to work every other weekend, sale days and evenings as required.
