3 years experience in resolution/root cause analysis working in a telecommunications sector
2 years with an understanding of problems/issues that arise with home phone, internet, and wireless
Must have a good oral and written communication skills, and be fluently bilingual (French/English)
Must be able to work independently and to a high degree of accuracy
Must be unbiased and posses excellent judgment and analytical skills

3-5 years working in telecommunications sector

Job Duties:

  • Review and resolve consumer complaints
  • Analyzing concluded and categorizing theme accordingly
  • Reviewing all concluded complaints and identifying trends and concerns regards complaints

Salary: $40,000 / annually
