The primary job of the service specialist is to provide customer support services to members of DirectBuy.
Other responsibilities include:
- maintain computer-based order related messages
- contact members with information regarding their purchase orders
- resolve any purchase order challenges that occur prior to delivery
- process payment
- Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Outstanding organizational, time management, problem solving and computer skills
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to multitask
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
- Professional attire and attitude
Assignments from time to time include:
- greet members, check in members electronically, answer phone
- direct calls or take detailed messages
- enforce compliance regarding guest policy
- greet open house guests
