Stimline is a growing manufacturing and service organization specializing in oil and gas well-servicing equipment, including coil tubing and wireline units. With offices in Calgary AB and Kristiansand Norway, the Stimline organization serves both the onshore and offshore markets.

The Senior Sales Representative’s main focus will be developing current accounts, acquiring new accounts and attending to client needs which may arise during or after production. This position will consult & advise clients to ensure client satisfaction. Your current customer network is extensive and well maintained. You are able to produce results quickly and relish the hunt. You are skilled in communicating company strengths to your customers and directing your time toward opportunities with the highest potential for success.

Sell new build, retrofitted equipment, repair, fabrication and paint work.
Actively generates revenue for the company by expanding customer client base
Tracks client issues & communicates priorities to company management.
Provide accurate scopes of work to estimating from the clients
Reviews relevant sales quotations, contracts, costing sheets and presentations regarding customers
Meet with Operations to ensure all delivery dates promised will be met
Travel to both current contacts and cold call locations on a regular basis
Performs administrative duties relating to contract negotiations
Provide marketing strategy suggestions for the company.
Report on market and sales prospects on a weekly basis
Present development strategies for current & future job related requirements to Management.
Deliver presentations on products / services, Conduct site visits.

5+ years of experience in sales of large manufactured products designed for the oil and gas industry. Specifically A sound knowledge of coil tubing and related equipment, Service Rigs, Frac Equipment and fabricated components will be a significant asset. An extensive network, strong strategic sales skills, excellent communication and presentation skills. Advanced computer skills. A demonstrable track record of sales success and sales growth.
