This challenging position requires a unique person with highly organized work habits, problem solving, strong ability to multi-task, meeting strict deadlines, with excellent conflict resolution and communication skills.

Along with a dynamic personality, you must have knowledge of Microsoft applications. Successful candidate will have practical experience with Canadian Payroll and British Columbia Employment Standards. Security industry experience is an asset.

Primary responsibilities include:
-Scheduling and deployment of staff
-proactive staff and site management
-enforce regulations of establishments
-work with Hiring and Training Department
-strong communication and interpersonal skills
-ability to work varying hours including after hours on call

Must have a college diploma in related discipline or equivalent and 2 years of related experience.
