Job Requirements and Responsibilities
- Responsible for the delivery of sales targets which are set by the employer.
- Deliver superior quality of work as measured by performance objectives
- Advising customers of the services available with premium technical support.
- Excellent sales skills with the ability to explain complex technical issues.
- Multitasking ability while handling calls
- Fluent communication and customer service skills
- A+ or MCSE certification is an asset.
- Fluent with speaking and writing in French is an asset.
