As the Retail Team Leader at the Aveda Institute in Toronto you will ensure that high levels of guest service are continuously achieved throughout the institute and retail experience centre, while maintaining a consistent, professional and motivational style.
-Ensure that the highest levels of client service are achieved throughout the store
-Track retail sales against sales goals using the system provided
-Foster a sense of teamwork and camaraderie among the team
-Maintain a consistent professional, motivational and enthusiastic management style
-Minimum of 3 years experience motivating a retail team
-Proven track record of sales achievement
-Desire to achieve service excellence
-Superior coaching and communication skills
-Excellent organization skills
-Experience in fashion and/or beauty and wellness retail preferred
