Accountable for the timely release and rating of client shipments in a 24/7 operation in accordance with LII operating procedures and service standards to ensure clients’ complete satisfaction. Ensures accurate and timely release of shipments including all modes of transportation. In a professional manner, contacts clients and/or carriers as required to obtain missing documentation, information or instructions. Participates fully with other team members in day-to-day operations. The candidate best suited for this role will possess excellent organizational skills with data entry ability to handle large volumes of work with a high level of accuracy and a commitment to client service. Must demonstrate competent hands-on approach, flexibility, dependability, adaptability and reliability with a professional attitude and image.
Must have a secondary school diploma with a minimum of 6 months experience prefereably in a service related environment.
