As the Project Advisor you will be responsible for project management duties relating to all projects in the Safety Audits and Certifications department. You will provide support to Managers, Advisors and members of the auditing team; and play an important role in building and strengthening Enform’s relationship with auditors and employers. This exciting opportunity will give you exposure to full cycle project management as well as further expand your knowledge in the safety industry.
Responsible for full cycle project management including overseeing all resources, budgets, timelines, managing contractors, reporting, etc. related to assigned projects.
Develop and maintain policies and procedures for the department.
Initiate continuous improvement programs to improve customer service and overall program efficiency.
Assist with the management of audit software tools.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with Enform’s stakeholders including auditors, employers, and committee members.
Oversee metrics and reporting, and deliver strategic updates on behalf of the department
Conduct audit review process as required.
Promote Enform as a strong industry leader in safety culture by following safety practices & procedures.
Other duties as required.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Post-secondary education in Health, Safety, and Training or Project Management.
5+ years working in a project management, or health and safety role.
Completed or working towards a recognized safety designation such as the CRSP.
Highly proficient in MS Office – Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point.
Exemplary interpersonal skills and exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
Dedicated to providing excellent customer service.
Goal oriented and enjoys the challenge of working in a deadline driven environment.
